I got this info just today, if you do not have a voter id yet, you can apply online in this link: http://www.elections.tn.nic.in/
I think other states may have similar pages, this is specifically for the Tamilnadu state.
A colleague gave me the link, and being the responsible citizen that i am (ahem..), I am sharing it with you. but hurry, the site says the option is available only till 20 Aug (wednesday). You need to have a scanned passport size photo of yourself to upload in the application form.
Hello there! Thanks for stopping by, Hope you liked my space :) Leave a comment so I know you were here.

Hi...
So sad...Why no blogs now a days....
Please have Govt. Press release below...
Government to commemorate birthday of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad as National Education Day
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There have been consistent demands from various sections of the society to observe 11th November,
the birthday of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, a great freedom fighter, an eminent Educationist and the
first Union Minister of Education as National Education Day in a befitting manner. Several State
Governments have also supported such a demand. Accordingly the Central Government has decided to
observe 11th November, every year as the ‘National Education Day’ without declaring it as a holiday.
Still confused... As it is Sep 12 for you... So it is November 11 for me...
I'm not sure... whether you are present... If so can we have a cup of coffee.. Of course at NSIC-STPI.
Bye.. Bye..
